MWP is delighted to announce it has secured it’s first City Council customer. Having successfully worked with customers in the private sector for a number of years, this is the first time MWP has worked directly with a Local Authority customer to deliver our innovation and technology to help support their field operation activities. The City Council (based in the East Midlands) will introduce MWP’s Workforce Management Solutions to their field officers, which will enable staff tracking and safety, job dispatch automation and incident reporting. This mobile solution (including online administration function) will deliver significant operational efficiencies and costs savings to the City Council.
